Join 2024 Olympians and Current National Team Members Apollo Hess (18th) and Brooklyn Douthwright (25th) for a session dedicated to Speed and Racing Skills. The sessions are limited to 8 swimmers and will feature extensive use of our Underwater Video Systems! The sessions runs from 2:45-5:15pm. * 15min activation + Introduction, 2hrs in the pool, 15min de-brief + autographs and photos! Swimmers should bring a water bottle, fins, kickboard and pull buoy Open to Competitive Swimmers age 11 and Over
