Join us for a Long Course 1on1! Let us know what your swimmer would like to work on - technique, speed, starts, turns - and we will provide a high quality 1on1 session. Our session feature video feedback - both Underwater and Above - and swimmers have shown tremendous improvement. Be sure to type your swimmers desired focus into the notes section!
